Title: Madame LaVache Goes to Market
Location: Royal Exchange Courtyard
Artist: Terry Bell-Halliwell

Terry Bell-Halliwell of East Sussex is an art therapist graduate from University of London.

"Madame LaVache is inspired by nostalgia for the anthropomorphic animals of childhood’s bedtime stories – Jemima Puddleduck, Mrs. Tiggiwinkle and Rupert and Bill Badger’s mothers. Madame LaVache is motherly."

This cow was one of the 60 most spectacular cows of CowParade London 2002. It was sold at a gala auction to benefit ChildLine on 10 October 2002 at Sotheby's Olympia.
